Problems with K/B and Mouse

The old K/b i had was cheap and american layout and the mouse scrollwheel didnt work
I bought a new K/b and Mouse 2day But the layout on k/b is still american nand the toolbar option to change it to english has gone also i cant get the scroll wheel 4 the mouse workin even tho i installed the driver for it
can anyone help??

Have you looked in control panel under regional settings to change the Keyboard setup ?

If you are running xp? point you mouse over the task bar right click select toolbars then language bar this will but the language bar on you taskbar so you change settings,

Regarding your mouse have you check in the control panel, system, hardware, device manager that the driver is ok if not check here for a exclamation mark or maybe 2 mouse showing, if this fails try reinstalling the driver or even downloading a new driver and installing it.
