Default want to build upper body..

I'm 18, 6ft3 and 13st 6. I want to build my upper body i.e. my arms, pecs and abs. This means increasing mass and losing surrounding fat (not much but still slight layer lol) Does anyone know of any effective training regimes that will do both these simultaneously?

Also note that that page only really contained chest pushing exercises....
you need to do balance specific pulling and pushing exercises for overall even development.
Pull downs, barbell rows and chin ups are good choices for pulls.

Also shoulder exercises should not be neglected. Exercises, such as, overhead pressing (with bar bell or dumb bells), front rows and lat raises. Even development is the key.

Also as an aside: learn to deadlift properly and do it! Go to google and search for dead lift, learn it correctly, do it well and you will be strong!
