It says

I thought the Nokia 5146 was on the T-Mobile (One 2 One) network and it was the 5110 that was the Voda network.

letsbuyit.com get a commision for signing a new user to their network. They then use that commision to offset the line rental and phone AND they make a bit of money as well.

That's the reason why it's a shitty phone. e.g New phones cost around �350 ish so if you go on contract they subsidise the phone. If the phone costs �100, they can not only subsidise the phone, they can subsidise the line rental as well.

yeah 200 minutes a month for 6 months, not 12:

After month 6 you are able to downgrade your tariff to �15 per month, and you will continue to receive the equivalent amount paid into your bank account via standing order.

still sounds surprisingly good though.

f00k got tempted and bought one.
i e-mailed twice asking how to go about claiming the rabate, barstwered replied twice sayig " you may need to fill in a form" i aksed him, when did i have to do it, what forms do i have to fill in i.e at the end of contract, midway didn't give a f00kin answer

Don't bother

p.s if anyone has any ideas can you shed some light on it as i don't wanna cough up all that money.

one off my friends had a problem with them when he brought Pay & go voda sim where you had topup using your creditcard

This handset does not come with a manufacturers warranty but is covered by our by standard returns and refund policy.

They don't actually say what their "standard returns & refund policy" is (it's probably a fair bet that the handset is reconditioned as opposed to brand new)
