Maxtor Ide Pci Controler?

i am looking for a maxtor ide controller i dont want RAID or no shit like that i just want 2 ide atapi connections to connect up a hard drive and dvdrw please tell me were i can get this cheap thanks for the help i dont want RAID i just want it to be like normal connections like the ones on mobo.

i got one of these

is a raid card but i dont use none of that.... i just use it as a standard IDE interface.... works a treat...

so let me get this straight even though they can handle raid drives does mean i can still use it as a normal ide interface cause i will make use of both connections

Yep..... i make no use of the RAID functionality whatsoever!!! (only prob i had was i broke one of the sockets and bent the pins..... but that was only coz my cable was a shit fit)
