I was wondering where LOTR:ROTK was. The screener was out by this time last year lol

Yes... but these are not DVD screeners. The guy was ripping off VHS and encoding to DVD. More likely this is the source of those dodgy PDVD's you see in Camden Market on Sundays than the supplier to BooZers or any other group.

they were not dvd screeners because they have been banned this year in oscar season to stop the release groups getting there hands on such high quality versions of the movies,only a few smaller movies will be dvdscr but all the biggish films up for nominations as released by obus were vhs

They are still releasing DVD screeners. The MPAA had their decision overturned by the law. Apparantly the US federal court decided that the MPAA could not make laws.

The smaller indi movie houses were glad about this as they were against the ban.
