Maybe you dont know what being racist is.

When he said "would YOU marry a Ghanian? I think Not"

He was clearly implying that there must be something wrong or inferior about Ghanians that would make them less attractive to marry.

He is generalising about the entire Race of Ghanians, therefore being racist.
