Bulldog 2mb adsl

I have recently had installed the above connection, i have ran a speed test at adsl guide with the following results only if i have interpreted them correctly they are comparable to a 512k service am I reading the results correctly and if so should i report this issue to bulldog?

Downstream 387 Kbps (48.4 KB/sec) 417 Kbps (inc. overheads)
Upstream 162 Kbps (20.3 KB/sec) 174 Kbps (inc. overheads)

yes report it asap - they can make changes to the circuit and improve the serivce - Ask Evilbob about it as it happend to him.

yup. I had problems initially when I was on primetime2000. Changed over to alltime2000 and no more probs. They were doing some work at the same time but I was getting worse speeds originally than on my Pipex 512... Now its 256k/s all of the time ;-)

I am on the primetime product now will monitor closely my connection speed.
