Credit Balance - Guys Urgent Feed Back Required!

Hey,

i have an 02/genie sim card in my 3510i

i run out of credit a month ago. i had 9p left on my phone. i got a top up card and have just gone to check my balance before putting it on... and get this.

Your total balance is �-0.01

how the hell can i be on minus credit!

the only time i ever get a minus balance is when i go to the cash machine at the bank

this happened to me but it was coz i left the keylock off and my phone dialed out and used all my credit, so i topped it up and its now ok!

mine did the same thing but i had sent a text i also noticed that when i topped up that i had a balance of 9.99

My son recently had -1p on his 02 payg,topped up ok though

Well the last two times i've topped up by Debit card at the end of the call it said "We're sorry the top up has been unsuccesful. The top up service is currently unavailable.. please try again later" yet both times i've done that my phone has been topped up !! So am i getting it for FREE or are they charging me for it but have te wrong message at the end of the call ?

check your bank/card statement... if it dont come off at the end of the month abuse it like a bee-hatch :thumbs

02 are one of the worst offenders for for delaying in taking payment for text messages, although you only had 9p credit, they could have charged for a text sent a few days before. I had them on contract when it was btcelnet, as part of the contract local calls within my std area where free ie. 0141 but when I got my bill they still charged for 0141 calls. I phoned and complained, the following bill they refunded the local calls but on the very same bill charged me for 0141 calls for that bills period <g>. quickly got shot of them :|
