missing miflash.com file

hi,
i use a pentium 3 750mhz laptop running on WinME. the brand is digitek which had gone bust and i cant get any support from them. every time i boot it, an error message appears:

Starting MIFLASH ......
BIOS can't find the MIFLASH.COM file
Please copy the MIFASH.COM to disk and press any key to retry.

please help.thanks.

Download the latest bios from http://www.mitacservice.com/

extract it to a bootable floppy

reboot PC

how do i noe which is the latest bios for mi laptop? please elaborate further...

You'll have to know the model number of your laptop's motherboard.

It should be displayed on the BIOS screen. If it gets that far...
