Sat receiver and Laptop?

Ive got a Pixx ADT3500 reciever, ive got a couple of cams, and im ok with making the odd card for them, but Ive just equired a laptop computer, and i want to use this via the receiver instead of using the cards. Anyone know what software i need to do this?

Don't know the receiver, but try a season interface card, serial lead and software Emulaterek 10a. This will get you all at 1deg west, hispasat 30 deg west and viasat 5 deg east plus others

Do a Google search put in emulaterek and you will find it 1 west is down but you still have 19e 13e 5e 30w to play with, hope this help you.

ok, i did a search for "emulaterek", came up with nothing, spelling it correctly gave me exactly what i am looking for. EMULATOREK is what we needed to be searching for... Thanks for your help guys on this one...Looks fun!

Im in same position, have u sorted it and r u getting the channels on the sats listed? and if so can u advise me on getting the other stuff i need?
