Xbox Live and Xbconnect

I have had Xbox Live now for nearly a year on my Pal machine.

A friend in the states sent me over Ghost Recon, obviously it wont work in my Pal Machine unless the 'Mod' is turned on.

I have played it on XBConnect on my brothers machine, however can I play this game on my machine via XBconnect or will the Xbox talk to XBox live and ban me as I've heard some titles are sneaky and talk to live without you knowing??

as long as you dont connect to the XBL servers i should imagine it wont (im not an expert on XBL so dont take my word for it), does it connect to them automatically?

if i remember rightly, u only connect to xbconnect after the game has booted and is on a linkup screen, id presume that would stop it connecting to a live server

yeah but some games are sneaky I have heard. It's ok i'll just use my brothers machine :~)

put the latest xecuter bios on and it disables live while you have your mod on.

Means you can never get banned evern with sneaky games.
