free boxoffice "not phone line trick"

a friend i no is waiting for a guy to come around and fix his box to get free boxoffice he has a engineer code its used to test boxoffice, anyone here of this.i have have to wait for my m8 to phone he lost his phone so cant ring him, i was also reading on modshack someone asked if sky was hacked and they said yes but only for members with over 500 post.

i have over 500 posts on the shack and i dont know of this hack.

All this "engineer code" will do is set the dialing prefix (like you might have 9 for an outside line) to some other crap so when the box tries to dial out it will dial a bo||ox number and wont get through to sky.. hence they will not know you have watched it.

do you remember all the cases on watchdog when the sky boxes were dialing the speaking clock every few minutes and costing the owners thousands of pounds on there phone bills... wasn't worth trying it really was it

besides what would you wanna watch box office crap for anyway.... just download the stuff for free (Providing you own the original and will only use it as a backup )

yeah sorry its invalid now.

The guy was selling something for £1.99 that he claimed gave you the movies etc for free on sky , he would email you the details and you used the remote . He had sold to about 300 ppl who all gave positive feedback.

It sounds like he was selling instructions on how to set a dialling prefix on your box.

This is technically exactly the same as the phone line trick and will only allow upto £50 in the box.

have heard of this before sky are able to trace connection through your phone line
rather not take the chance and just use motorised system much better with no come backs regards

im no expert but ive got the code to do it and it worked on my mates sky and he hasnt been charged i may giave out the code to some 1 to try if they they want and test let out the results , if it dont work its bollox but my mate says he watched the films withoout geting charged.

it does work.. you wont get charged... but you can only watch £50 worth and they will always be stored on the card and box... you can find the code floating about on the net if you really want it
