Normalising mp3's

Hi guys

This might have been covered before, but search is playing up for me at the moment !

I've got a shed load of mp3's (25gig or so) on my machine, but the volume levels are all over the shop. Does anyone know of a good program for normalising the volume levels of all of them in one go ?

I know iTunes has a built in function, but it only changes the volume level when it plays a file, it doesn't save the level (if that makes sense)

The reason i need to do this, is cos when i burn a load of mp3's to cd to play in my car, i have to keep adjusting the volume, and it's annoying me
