this is quite probably the second time this has happened

i was aware of being in the hos at the time i posted the request for the hos, similarly to the above when i was aware of being in the suggestions forum when i sugested the suggestions forum

please note that i am not stupid (well not that stupid anyway)

df hardly helping me study either...

one final suggestion - a forum that nobody ever posts in, one that nobody is allowed to post in, that you can go on when you are busy.
