digitech infinity help

hello all just got a new usb hub put modem memory stick and digitech infinity on it but the infinity writer does not work keeps saying programmer disconected yet led lights on any solutions out there would be appreciated much thanksw bob:|

solution - dont use the hub for the programmer ;-)

ok pal is there a reason why you cant use the hub with the infinity or is it all hardware
