Default packed lunch at work i need inspiration

God im bored, especailly with my lunch. As a self confessed cheapo I make my own lunch but have lost my enthusiasm for it all. When i started i had Tuna & Cucumber, fruit, crisps, etc etc

since then i have moved onto, Ham, cheese, egg, mayonaise, cucmber etc etc.

    Needing inspiration.

This must be the most BORING ARSE thread ever, apollogies.

    Cheers.....Q

Wraps are the way to go, Much better than sarnies. You can chuck anything in them. I love scrambled eggs and bacon chucked in them for breakfast!

I always take my own as buying a sandwich in the sqaure mile is f@cking expensive. There is some muppett serving you who can't say any other words of English other than "pepper with that" and "£5 please".

Yep, at the mo i have changed from the egg, ham, cheese, cucumber and mayo to a nice pasta salad with pine nuts, gem hearts, carrot, olives and pesto. With a bit of toasted walnut bread with olive oil drizzled over ands salted.

I did get a triple tin fo corned beef in the shop though. Yum Yum.

    Cheers.....Q

Good point Nicky - gotta be real butter on me sarnies.

I've started buying a mini joint and cooking it at the weekend for me sarnies, fav being beef. It does me all week for a fiver + bread, salad n sauces (I only put the cost in cos peeps seem to think I'm loaded cos I eat like this - go figure?)
Beef, lettuce, onion, tomato, horseraddish and mayo on fresh crusty white bread with real butter.
