Cricket is englands 2nd game. Now we have the 2nd best team in the world . it will be a good ashes series next one.

Used to watch lancashire back crawley and atherton were winning us leagues.
great day out at a test match get pissed all day and get a tan, quality days

I used to enjoy playing the game, its very dull to watch for long periods of time, but id sooner watch it than golf or baseball (rounders for 'men'?)

love it , all types except village cricket , 20/20 is very good they will be playing few matches in ashes series , the thing with cricket is ... u need a bit more skill than lets say popping a ball in the back of the net or kicking it over the net...... its a mans game where u can be fooked up proper with some body bowling the ball at u at 100+mph it requires a lot of skill i wouldnt say its middle class crap only rugby fits that bill, diffrent strokes for diffrent folks , the only people who dont like it are normally the ones that are shit3 at it or its too difficult to understand !!!

11 players a side, a target at both ends of a pitch, a ball, a green field.

Not much different than footy.

I understand why it can be boring but it is a very good tactical game.

I went to headingley match against NZ on the sunday, great day out.
You dont have to watch cricket the whole time, when there are boring periods you have a laugh with your mates and get pissed.

In fact one of the biggest cheers was when these 4 NPower girls where walking past the boundary and they were all rather fit, the entire west stand did a standing ovation whilst cheering and clapping and whistling as they went past, a bit like a very slow sexist mexican wave.

Enjoyed playing in School, but cant watch it as it is too slow. Even the 1 day game can't keep watching for more than 5 minutes.
