Try searching for an mp3 splitter on google. What your wanting is a program that you can listen through 60 odd minutes of mp3 and seperate into different files (songs). Am i wright???

Edit: I have just tried Cool mp3 splitter from h**p://www.yaosoft.com/ I think that would be fine for a while, you can select places where you want to break your mp3 file then it does it. It is quite basic though and is not free, i'm sure you should be able to find some good ones out there if you know what your looking for.

Often long mp3's are mixes, if this is the case you would need and .cue shet for it. This is like the imiage of it.

Why? - if you burn in nero or any MP3 package and have it set to no gaps you will still get a slight glitch between tracks.

the cue sheet is burnt as an image and tells the cd where the index's are without spliting the source. So you final burn will result in numbered tracks as the factory intended.

you can get a cue sheet editor, the name of which i will have to find out later, soem are much much easier than other to create.

Or you can do it as a .txt file then save as .cue google search for examples and guidance.
