Default Just installed Toshiba DVD -R/RW Burner

Hello all. Wondered if anyone has the answer to this. I've just installed a Toshiba DVD-R/RW Burner and all seems ok. The problem I have now is that the PC doesn't recognise my DVD Rom drive. I installed the new burner in place of my CD Rewriter in what was Drive E, but I still have the DVD Rom in Drive D. The PC now recognises the new hardware but names it D and cannot recognise the old Drive D. Am I making sense?! If so, anyone have any clues as to how to get the PC to acknowledge the fact that I still have a CD Rom in D and rename the new burner as E? Cheers, Giz

Cheers guys, got it going ok now. You were right, like a t*ss*r I had them both as Masters. Just one other thing though. How come the pc now attaches the wrong drive letters ie my cd rom was always D and the rewriter was E. Now it's the other way around. I've slotted the DVD Writer in place of the original rewriter so it should surely still be E shouldn't it? Any ideas? Cheers
