Oh god! My nasty football injury! Not for squeamish!!
It takes a year of hard work to get back from my original cruciate knee injury.
It gave way on Saturday during a match, big time, left me in agony.I'm gutted!!.
But to add insult to injury, my left knee now looks like aunt bessie!!

Knee is bloody sore still. keep an eye out may be in zoo weekly next weds.
