I think we should employ English people and lock up the folk who are smuggling in this cheap labour. I read an article where the guy who drowned phoned his family to say the water was getting deep, why didn't he get out then???

Well my opinion is that they should have 2 passage ways into the UK and as the Illegals enter the UK turn them back around and send them back home. I pay enough taxes as it is and bills to pay without supporting others as well.

I have no regret whats so ever in regards to what happened but send my condolances to the fimilies for there loss, but why should I pay for there lost lives and why should we tax payers carry on paying for there leaches anymore.

Box them up and send them back home. Costing the earth to feed, house and they get paid as well.

well if they borrow �20,000 off a 'loan-shark' to pay to be smuggled in to our country, and they do it to earn money for their families, well then they must expect to earn a hell of a lot of money here. and if they truely are paid a pittance, then it`s going to take a very long time to earn it, 20+ years?
well then the way the chinese econemy is going they would be better off staying there for a bit longer as the job market is starting to boom over there.
