peugeot 406 philips rds code needed

hi guys, hope you can help,iv'e just bought the car and the previous owner has lost the code, it's a 22 dc 594/65 and on the side is stamped phapbfv9093546 thanks very much:splease

I guess these phillips radio codes are hard to get, iv'e had a look at other posts and most people are having the same problem but some have been sucsessfull!!! is there a reason for this or am i just unlucky
