How do I remove scratches from coated flooring?

Ive managed to put a few hefty scratches in my floor. Its coated wood type lamenet flooring, and the top coat appears to be like plastic. The scratches were made by a chair base when I was shifting stuff round drunk last night :whistle

The appear like plastic which has been scratched with a knife. Some of the finner ones (appear hair width) can be greatly improved with furnisher polish, but the larger (1mm wide) ones are still very visible. When wet they also appear less visible but then fade back. So....

Does anyone have a good method or an ideas as how to fill them or blend them?

    Any ideas greatly apreciated. Thanks.

Wear wellies the next time you go on the piss like the Irish do.
