    Default PHP Editor/Debug/IDE ?

Can someone recommend an Editor/IDE/Debugger for PHP development. I've got a web server within my network and I would like something that I can setup to use that for testing.

I've looked at Top PHP Studio, but that seems buggy so I'd like recommedations on something similar.

    Cheers - Panda

I use the ZDE Send Development Environment, and have also looked at Eclipse which will require a PHP module but is a far far superior IDE than anything that I have ever used which is open source

Never thought of using an IDE for php dev, might have to have a look at zend studio 3 to see what it can do to my php code

i use phpedit, not too shabby for nout, not debugging likes but good highlighting and autocompletion/autooption type features you'd expect from a half decent IDE

i just realised that vim will have a windows version after i posted that, but notepad does the job fine. its fast and simple, plus it is always there.

i always use vim in linux though, and will probably start using it in windows as well now

    notepad rules tho!

notepad is alright for quick fixes, but for long time coding? pah elitism for the sake of it :/

I use editplus, but its very similar to ultra edit anyway
