Printing Envelopes

I'm not too sure how to do this. If i had a database of addresses on Excel, How could i print all these addresses on separate envelopes? Also, how could i get like a little .GIF printed on the same envelope? Any more detail needed just ask......

Couldnt you use some sort of mail merge in word?
