007 Everything Or Nothing Problem

rite, i know the wam release of this was fuked, so i got the insomnia release which plays fine from DVD-R, but needs a fix if you wanna play it from the hard drive.

Anyway after some kind soul giving me the fix i applied it, just started playing the game now and its still fukin up, when u get to the train chase level it just wont load, just locks up before loading the game.

So what i wannna know guys, is this just me it happening to, or has this same lev locked up on anyone else

just tried it from the DVD-R aswell guys and the same shite is happening, so looks like the insomnia release is fuked aswell.

Jesus this is just getting weirder by the minute, i just been messing round setting the clock and all the usual stuff you try, last thing i tried was change box to NTSC mode, now guess wot boots first go,who the fuk has ever heard of having to change the region of your box in the MIDDLE of a fukin game.

the fix for the wam release is in a ppf

the fix for the insomnia release is an .xbe

yeah i know m8 i used the fix made by wam for the insomnia release, its actually 2 xbe files a driving.xbe and default.xbe, there is also a ppf in the zip if you wannna patch the iso before extracting.

@ FE_MAn its feckin superb m8 i love it to bits, im a big fan of the other bond games, but i think this is well better than the others, well im enjoying playing it more anyway, im on level 12, i just started trying to catch a girl some bad bitch threw off a cliff, your falling down, if u hit a rock you die, u got bombs firing at you AND baddies shootin aswell, its so feckin hard i just bearly smashed me pad up.

Basically you have to extract the files and ppf the patch (with ppf-o-matic) to the file 'streams.viv' in the driving folder. Then make the iso again and burn baby burn (disco inferno)

The Insomnia release is NTSC, so if you set yer xbox to that as freaky said, it loads ok. Also freaky it's not just the middle of the game where it throws a wobbler, if you have yer box set to PAL it don't play the intro at the beginning either.

While on this subject.... i`m running a PAL machine and obviously get through L4 by switching modes and playing it in Black n White. (This was also a problem with a previous Bond game as i recall.)

Anyway, if i have to bite the bullet and buy another scart lead can anyone recommend a Retailer that sells em
