Didn't see the incident, was it a case of handbags or did he do him??
Punched him I think... no suprise he is getting charged for it.. got caught on camera blatently...

Just seen the incident there and he shoved his hands into his face a few times
right in front of the referee...Should be a red card for raising his hands alone..
But the Premiership referee's seem to go with the flow in SOME case's but
up here it's just a straight red card.....Feckin double standards!!!!

I'm a bit disappointed because Paul Scholes is one of the only Man Utd players that I genuinely like. Dennis Urwin was another I liked too.
Paul Scholes i think will get a ban for at least 3 games, if u c the replays it is blatent. Doriva musta had a headache in the morning tho :nowords:
First Manu players getting charged with the Arsenal brawl, then Ferdinand getting banned for drugs, then Neville and Scholes in trouble for fisticuffs, all in ONE season!!! Have the FA finally stopped Manu getting away with things? Or are they picking on them? Discuss

So they finally get charged like everyone else, about time. Smith got a 2 game ban for chucking a plastic bottle at some tart in the crowd - for smacking someone it should be far more serious. Though I doubt it will be more than a 3 game ban.Originally Posted by Snotty
you've got a good point there.. do you remember when fergie made statements about the FA striking a deal with arsenal over that brawl? what happened to that? he never got charged for it..Originally Posted by pmg68
I just think its about time that Manu started getting b*llocked with things. The past few years they've got away with countless things, referee chasing etc...just a breath of fresh air to see them get in trouble!!! Arsenal players have been picked on for years now, bout time MUFC got the equivalent imho
