money for free?

at the this time there are several credit cards offering 0% for 6or 9 months if got some new credit cards and maxed them out and then transferd the balance at 0%,surely i could put the money in a high intrest account ie 4%
what money could i make over the 9 or six months on the average card???????????is it woth havin a go :thumbs

Yes this is possible and quite a large number of people make a tidy profit out of doing this. For an excellant guide on how to do this check out the forum over at rpoints where there is section devoted to 0% transfers and how to profit from them.

Its well worth joining the forum as there are some other brilliant sections on money making and saving..

quite a few have capped amounts on the cash advance fee, so the amount earned by investing is not eroded too much, also if you do balance transfers between cards there are in 99% of times no charges - although you should always double check the t&c's first.

Have a read of the site I mentioned above, it will answer all your questions - there are pitfalls to be avoided as with any scheme but if you follow the guides these can be avoided.

There was a money adivisor guy on radio 2 last week talking about this and he said he has made 2k in the last year alone doing this.
However he did go on to say it was a very risky game if your not carefull.

nothing is fool proof.... I bet if you look at all the contracts in tiny little writing they have the right to immediately stop the IFO offer and you will have to pay interest on the amount owed. I for one hate playing games with other peoples money, and this is exactly what you will be doing!
