RIP Big man.
It used to be my pleasure to see him most home games, as we were going in to the East Stand he was going up to (I guess) one of the suites. We always shouted, "How You doing Big Man" and he always waved and said "Still smiling" and he was. A Gent. A footballer. A true legend.
RIP Big Man.
I had the pleasure of buying the legend a drink in the Commercial the day we lifted the 1st Division title in '92. He was a true great..............will be sadly missed.
Credit to the 65,000 manu fans today, observed impeccably. Normally I don't have a good word to say about the mancs but today they showed their appreciation to a true great.

Fans to honour Charles...
Supporters are to be given an opportunity to pay their last respects to Leeds legend John Charles. The club will open the East Stand of Elland Road on Monday at 1100 GMT for a 1230 memorial service for the former Welsh international.
Prior to the service, Leeds will broadcast footage of Charles' career on a giant screen.
Charles, who died aged 72 on February 21, made 327 appearances for Leeds in two spells, scoring 157 goals.
Charles, who spent five succesful years at Juventus, was never booked or sent off in his career and became known in Italy as 'Il Buon Gigante - the Gentle Giant'.
Following the screening, the hearse will drive into the stadium and park at the half-way line, at which point the service - to be attended by the entire first-team squad - will begin.
Leeds boss Eddie Gray is to provide an address and prayers will then be held, following which a private family service will take place at Leeds Parish Church.
