Tv Card Help!!

Hey i got an old tv card and stuck it in and started viewing my sky digital through the video port i used FLYDS to view the picture and to capture it but when i click mpeg it sais mpeg encoder filters not installed what are these and were can i get it from the WMA record function works brilliantly but i wanto burn onto dvd which works on mpeg2 so its easier just to record it straight as mpeg2 any ideas were i can purchase this. :whistle
