512meg dimms 133
Maxtor 40 gig hardrive
speedtouch PCI ADSL Modem
Geforce 2 MX 4000 agp card
Liteon 24x10x40
Liteon DVD/CDR Combo
Teac DVD -R +R


the errors are:

STOP 24 points to a disk corruption stop D1 is most likely a driver issue.

upgrade your motherboard BIOS and drivers. try running without any usb devices in for a bit of that don't cure it.
