talking of walter smith, remember that striker he bought to rangers around 97-98 season... i think his name was marc/marco negri? anyway, he scored a phenomenal amount of goals that season, something ridiculous like 35.. anyone know what happened to him afterwards?

yes his name was marco negri, I dont know what eventually happened to him, but he sustained and injury and I think he fell out with the manager over something and he ended up languishing in the reserves for several seasons.

personally i reckon fergie should go out and buy back someone who can hammer timhoward in goal, i mean the legend of a keeper that he was i dont see united conceding a goal if they can find him and bring him back, he is legendary in the wolrd of goal keeping..............
