Kill Bill Jap Version

Ok guys,

The official release of Kill Bill will be next month in Japan (dvd version) There will be two different types... one being the film itself and the other having lots of toys and crap (special edition) I will be the middle of next month (I will get the exact date tomorrow) and I will let you all know the prices and such...

Well the special edition box set doesn't even have a price in Japan yet.... But the standard version which is released next month is 3,800 Yen which is about 20 quid at the moment.

I suspect the boxset is so expensive because it hasen't been released yet....

I read on some dvd forum that there aren't english subs when japanese is spoken, so u either have to leave english subs on or toggle them on/off.
It's a bit of a pain in the arse but won't stop me buying it.

Im trying to find where I read this but...

I read that you can have English subs on or off or just on during Japanese spoken bits. I really could do with the R3 Pal Version really which is still all in colour and has the extra 2 mins
