Help:MP3 Ringtones on N-Gage

I've read that you can use MP3s as ringtones but not any settings for doing it.

Any of you guys know where to put MP3s and does the N-Gage require specific bitrates etc.

Tried the following .mids appear but not MP3s

C:\Sounds\Digital
C:\Sounds\Simple (where .mid files are)
E:\
E:\Sounds\Digital

Sorted.
For anyone else having problems, I uninstalled UltraMP3, put the ringtone in E:\Sounds\Digital and they appeared in the list. Ultra obviously affects the systems ability to see the files.
Not tried reducing the quality yet so my 20 secs is about 350k @ 44k setting.
