Anyone got freeserve broadband here?

Just need to know from anyone here with Freeserve broadband at the moment from about 4 days ago 01/03/2004 it is taking nearly a hour before i recieve any e-mails that have been sent to me.

Any e-mails i send out arrrive within a couple of mins to the destination????


Could my e-mails be getting monitored (not that i have done anything wrong).

E-Mail monitoring doesn't cause delays, it is more than likely a congested POP3 server that is the cause of your delay.

A mate of mine has been complaining of the same issues but some of his are taking hours rather than just an hour.

He rang them yesterday but got the usual crap.
FS: No there's nothing wrong with the email servers
Mate: Blah blah kicking off don't pay for this kinda service
At this point he's passed onto a 'supervisor'
FS: Ah yes sir there is a slight technical hitch on the email server, which will be sorted asap
