Fiat Punto Mk2 airbag ECU

Could someone please tell me where the airbag ECU is situated on a new shape Punto Mk 2? Fiat want £200 quid for a new one but Ithink I can get one cheaper if I locate the ECU and get it's serial number.

it is under the centre console under radio but will have to be re configured if you buy a new one or second hand but once been triggerd ecu is us
