need Help on BP Essen CR43 decoding

is there someone and can help me.
I have an old BP Essen CR43, it was used in a old car, i replaced the batterie
now it request a code. The owner of the car is were disapointet with me now, I know it is an sheep one and I will take it in to the trashcan but not he.
The Number on the Radio are BP2753S1589619
other number 7 642 753 510.

Thanks for decoding, but he shows me all time only three 000first comes cod, i push the channel 1, it changes to the three 000,
then I have to use the channel butten 2-4 to take the rest of numbers, I using the Original Manual of the radio, in case i use the channel button 1 to put an number it show's only nothing or 1or I ? how I can take 4 numbers.
