Radio Code for Fiat Ulysse Phiullips 22DC449/64L

I am new to this forum thing so please be patient. I have recently bought a fiat ulysse and do not have the radio code and cannot trace the previous owner. It is a Phillips radio model no. 22DC449/64L, the serial no. is PHF011W4073683 can anyone suggest where I can get the code

Hope you dont mind me asking do you have the decoder S/Ware or have you cracked it yourself. I ask because when I needed this code I thought it might be easy so I did some dec2hex and dec2binary conversions and some bit and byte inversions etc etc against known serials and codes and basically got nowhere.
If you need to know any Excel stuff I may be able to help
