Using the tutorial posted http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.ph...ight=Demux+OGG i've done everything it said.
loaded the .ogm into vdubmod
demuxed the audio to .ogg
converted the audio to lame mp3 cbr with db poweramp music converter
demuxed the subtitles to a .srt file
converted the .srt to .ssa using srtossa
installed the vdubmod hard subtitles plugin
added the .ssa subs to the file
deactivated the ogg audio and internal subtitle streams
save as .avi
its running now, lets see if it works (fingers crossed)
well first attempt for some reason only did part of the file, am trying now using an alternative codec to save it as.
ok, 2 codecks later (finaly used xvid) it worked, took about 5 hours to complete but from a 700+mb .ogm i now have a 350mb xvid (at the same res) with hardcoded subs.
Nice one, thank you very much, all this for a documentry about the spanish bombings, still it should be interesting.
