tom tom problems

got a hp2210 with a blue tooth tom tom navi but now i cant get tom tom navigator to start on my pda i double click the icon and the gps program starts but no map or menu ??
is this a mem card problem as i re installed tom tom 3 deleted all the other programs that i had loaded before but still no joy ?

any answers faq or soloutions appreciated

Try doing a hard reset then reload tom tom.
Hold left and right button and then hold the reset button on the back till the screen goes fully off. Make sure it goes off fully as it gradually dims to off. (All three buttons held together and looking at the screen. bloody awkward I know)
Now reinstall tom tom.

Thanks that done it i was still a little unsure how to get it back on as it stayed blank but i just pressed the reset button to get it back on
