PACE NTL DI4010-N? What i want

I basically wanna have a box so i can split my Broadband Connection (ive seen on other forums people saying you dont need a subscription) and i want to use a Fun Card! (its safer?) . I know i will have to run the risk of the NTL card being locked , but hey if im gonna use a fun card does this matter? i will ask the seller to check for me ....

Not cheap though �90 , i really cant see why its so high!
With this box i presume i will not have to use Lidebug because it auto tunes (according to rizzo)

Can you guys reccomend me any nice places for these boxes , with unlocked roms or should i just scout and get ripped off on ebay

Dont understand that model name , is this for C&W areas?

I have no plans at the moment to take out a Digital TV subscription (i may in the future) , so will this box do the job

4010 is a Davic box
2000 is a Docsis box

Is your area Davic or Docsis? is the big question ..... where abouts do U want to use it?

did you win it? its very hard to get a box with an unlocked card now-a-day mate.most of the unlocked boxes go for big money because the ppl selling them know wot to look for.i think you will need atmels lifted on any ebay boxes unless stated other wise or the seller had it turned off a year ago or so.its to hard to get a good box now LOL good luck mate

So what do you reckon bud , just to buy a box which doesnt need extensive soldering for LibdeBug and just to get a FUN CARD

next box i see thats just disabling the talkback im buying

no.wont work,the card needs to be paired/married to the box,all cable boxes are stolen mate once anyone sells a cable box its stolen property because it belongs to a cable company,you can use a 4001 box aswell mate,it will auto tune aswell,there is no soldering involved in libdebug it is a rs232 conection on the back,libdebug is mainly used for setting net id,it can give you box key but i think there is more of a chance of getting a box with an unlocked card than obtaining the box key with libdebug

what's with all the link's?? do some research on what you want then look for a box and stop with the "is this one ok" post's if you read up a bit more on the topic you would know what you need, and what you need to do.

ps. i wouldn't buy any box off e-bay
