the halifax bank of scotland seem to be really hung up on ID - they do it with all banks now i think but hbos have really shit descriptions of what you need, on several occasions i have had correct id for opening/closing/changing accounts but they have refused it cos the actual spec differs from the spec they tell customers

their new advert "We are saving" as a parody of sailing is really ****ing annoying tho
