CS:CZ is the latest m8 and they've started using a program called steam to run cs

Yeah I had heard about that, is it any good? Do u have to sign up to anything or can u just jump straight in??

personally m8 i dont like it the only advantage's of it are friends list and a server list. You have to make a steam account before you play steam, download a few updates then jump straight into it hope this helps SmurfY

The WON servers are still up AFAIK so you can still play 1.5 if you like. Which you can get here.

That way you won't have to experience STEAM. Which is to be frank... shit.

Numerous updates, buggy updates, recalled updates, updates which radically change gameplay, the list goes on. I still think it's Valve's way of killing off CS to make way for CZ and later on HL 2. :grr:

Yeah I tried to load it up and get online via that STEAM, which was utter bollox. It was good before, just get the update and jump online.

steam aint that bad imo just load up the server list double click on a game and wait for it to load but steam is a bit of a system resorces hog tho
