Personally I think he's got a grand idea, why not use female prisoners of war as sex slaves? It would boost the moral of your army plus I'd be willing to bet a few quid that most female troops, given the choice, would rather be getting sweaty with their captors than sitting for 24 hours a day in a darkened piss stenching cell.

I'd make em do lesbian shows with their m8's too at 3pm everyday then wrestling in goose fat at 5, follow that with an all female naked judo tag tournament and finish the day with em firing fireworks out their arses.
