Which Mobo?

Have a tough decision to make, I'm looking to upgrade the PC to an AMD Athlon 64 3200+.

Just bought a Gainward 5900XT Geforce, and I want to know which of these boards would be best:

Gigabyte K8VT800 Pro

or

Asus K8V/SE Deluxe

On the Gigabyte website, it says their board only supports a 1.5V graphics card - ??? not sure whether my XT is or not.

Any suggestions.

While I'm here, do you think the Zalman "Super FLower" (7000ACLU) would keep the CPU cool and quiet?

yep asus very fukin reliable, i currently got a abit nf7 best board but it fuked over ina week asus board dont do that the build quality is second to none
