    Default Learning to drive?

    Hi guys,
I'm looking into getting myself some driving lessons, i think its about time i got my licence! Can anyone reccomend any driving instructors in the levenshulme/heaton chapel area??? What do you guys thinks the best route to getting your licence? cos i've heard them 'crash courses' are a quicker and cheaper route to go? I dont think i should be too bad at driving, I've always had motorbikes and stuff and have driven cars before....anyone got any feedback??

    Cheers guys
    Sam

the crash courses may get you through your test but by all accounts if you really want to learn to drive properly you should take lessons.

a lot of major driving schools sort them out, probably your best bet is to take a look through the yellow pages and have a ring around to see costs.

BSM dont necessarily give you a great service, if i remember rightly they sometimes send you out with trainee instructors, so it depends on who you get i think (correct me if im wrong somebody)

yeah you got a point m8, I think it must have been my instructor specifically but other people I have spoken to say they liked the service from BSM also.

I passed my test with BSM years back. They used to be very good then. They had a good reputation.
