An old couple i sometimes do work for had a burgler. The woman went into the bed room and there was a man there she let out a screem and he ran off the husband grabed his shotgun and fired one into the air ( he is a farmer and has a gun legaly) now the next day when the fuzz came and he told them what he had done they where more intrested in him and how he incited fear on the burgler now he is faceing charges. remember tony martin(I THINK THAS THE RIGHT NAME) 2 guys broke into his house armed with hammers and he shot one he got jailed. Now as i understand it if you find some1 nicking your tele while you are cheaking out the latest goingons in the square you are not allowed to incite fear on him all you can do is ask him (nicely) to leave the phone so you can call the cops and book them in for a next day appointment if they are not to buzy then if they are convicted they will get a few weeks inside a luxury cell with sports facilits and sky tv. Now the goverments excuse for not wanting to put 2 many people in jail is because it costs the tax payer to mutch money and would leave the goverment with less cash to spend on fantastic investments like the millenium dome. Now i may well be on my second bottle of smirnoff (explanes the spelling) but i think my drunkin ramblings have a point , please tap those keys about things that piss u off and lets c if we can make the world less shatty.

there are 'rights and wrongs' to that tale, the criminal has and knows his 'rights'.....while the victim is in the wrong.....bloody stupid aint it?
everybody bangs on about their 'rights', but what about the victims? you should have the 'right' to protect your home and family, but what happens when you use force to protect your home and family?....why then you are in the wrong, and face possible criminal charges.....all i can say is 'the law is an ass'

i found someone breaking into a family members car and i used a tazer on that person.
and told him if he ever comes back im going to fux him over so bad that he will leave the area i live in.
after that never saw this person again.
i protect myself by carrying a stun gun and pepper spray and baton
any fuxer comes near me or my family would get sorted out right away
total scum bags around sort the stuff out your self and dont get the cops involved

I don't agree with the law, in a way that you can't protect yourself in your own home, but the world is already screwed up, so why is anyone really surprised?

If you could kill a burgler in your own house with no worry aboot getting in trouble, then surely that leaves it open to blatant murder, which is obviously wrong.

Seemingly the tip is to tw@t the burgler when he is facing you, so you can describe it as 'self defence'.

So when Mr Burgler breaks into your hoose, tap him on the shoulder, (at this point the animal will probably have a split second of fear). Seize your opportunity the inflict the pain. (eg: tw@t him around the head with a baseball bat :whistle ) Now he will be unconcious! Call the old bil if you want (more than likely he will get bail or a slap on the wrist, so is it really gonna be worth it?) What you do then is leave him unconcious and DON'T phone the police, wait til he comes round, then ask why he was trying to rob your house, then if you feel it in you, Tw@t him again! :whistle then I suppose you better phone the peelers (explain to the police that you were in a trance like state that is why you never phoned them the first time, and he/she had gone for you a second time so that will explain the two bat marks on his head!)

So you will have inflicted a decent kicking on this scum. Mind you dunno what he will do when he gets oot of jail/custody I'm still waiting on that day. :coffee:

the law sucks.. about time people started protesting against this.. one should be able to have a license to shoot people breaking and entering and have a sign outside. knowing our luck they'd claim they couldn't see the sign!

I was just wondering with this, tok me a day of thinking (i ponder in work too much)

But anyway, these people we here about defendint their homes and getting charged for it, i have only heard stories about the defender using guns or other weapons that could easily kill someone, so that would class as murder right because u know that a gun can kill people?? (therefore in the wrong)

but i have NEVER heard of a story were a burglar has charged someone for punching them, so maybe in my point of view on this, the law only charges you if there is a risk of you killing the person, whereas if you just twat him on the head with a bucket you wont get into any trouble (have never heard of a busket killing anyone either)

If anyone can say that someone has been charged for punching a burglar then i take this back and i think the law is a steaming pile of turd tbh, but at the moment i just think its an ass, as they have things a little fooked up in my experience

hi yes in my kind of work i carry these on me 24hrs
baton is on the belt right hand side


when going on a plane i use a total diffrent weapon that can not be picked up.
which the company supplies i work for.

be it england or the usa or canada is becoming a dangerous place for anyone
its time to protect your family in anyways and if the law knows about it
its simply target the judge and the cops
