    Default PDF problem

This might sound a bit vague, but i'm asking on behalf of someone else.

He's having problems with some PDF's. He can open/view and save all pdf's that he's sent without problems, but some will print, and some will just spool loads of blank pages off his printer.

All i can really find on the web is that he should update his printer drivers, but he's done that to no effect.

    Any ideas guys ??

    Cheers,

So everything is up to date??

Do you think that some might have been converted from a word document to a PDF? That might do something to them and cause the printer to spool blank pages. hmmm :nowords:
