Broadband who is best all advice considered.

I am currently with nthell and they are pi$$ing off, so i am going to go back to bt for my phone line and need to get my broadband else where. I would also prefer a company that offers free modem and connection.

According to ISP Review, Eclipse Internet are the best.

have a look on adslguide.org.uk, the forums are a fairly good indication of which isps are having trouble.

my recommendation is freedom2surf although I don't think they do a free modem

Im on AOL who always get a slating but ive had no probs . Maybe im just lucky!

i also recommend freedom2surf, had it at my mums till i moved to a cable area, still got my account at my mums for my lil bro, never missed a beat. well happy with it, always email me if its gonna be down for maintainance or whatever which is rare anyway. they r quite cheep @22.50p/m too for 512K

i had to buy a modem seperate tho, i fink i payed 60 quid for a usrobotics adsl modem @ scan.co.uk

i have used freeserve or wanadoo as they now called since they launched the service and can honestly say i have not had any connection issues and they also supply a free modem (which i dont actually use) if you just want a fast connection without downloading they do 512k for �17.99 and go up to 1 meg for �34.99
