Printer prob s/w prob

ive got a alps MD-4000 printer/scanner

does nice prints had tape tape cartaridges

it prints fine all colors work

but when i use nero cover disginer to print a dvd cover it still prints fine (color wise) but the top edge ( top of the paper ) theres maybe an inch or so missed off the top which kinda messes the whole cover up

any 1 got n e ideas on how to either config nero cover disgner ( try changing the print paper size ) and all sorts or could it be summit to do with winXP or the printer?!

im stuck for ideas hope u guys can

U checked the border, header, footer and margin options in the print settings m8?
I gave up on Nero printing covers and labels years ago for the same reason and went with CD box labeller pro - thought they'd have it sorted by now tho tbh.

is the nero print option set to "letter" instead of "A4" ?.

wakadoo - yeh i changed it but that still didnt work ?!

Hookerman - they have sorted it cos at work the hp psc 750 works like a treat

just this doesnt will look for CD box labeller pro now

bah tryed cover xp still misses a bit of the same bit but turns the image the other way round b4 it missed about an inch of the top of an image but cover xp prints the top at the bottom and still misses the bit the other way round?!

if that makes n e snece?
